Can passengers track their rides? Is this possible for others to track it?

Sure! Passengers are able to track the ride real-time on the passenger app once the drivers accept their requests. They also can get to know how long drivers will arrive to the pick-up location.

For security issues, it is possible for them to share the track link with their families and loved ones so that they can follow the journey. Additionally, the track link is sent via SMS to passengers who have not got the app installed yet.
