How can drivers notify passengers when they get to the pick-up location?

When reaching to the pick-up location, drivers can click on "Arrived" to confirm their arrival:

- For passengers using the app, the system will notify them via in-app notifications;

- For passengers not using the app, SMS including the plate number will be sent to the registered phone number.
