How can operators send notifications to drivers?

You can send notifications to your drivers through your Command Center in three options:

- SMS: It will be sent directly to drivers’s phone via SMS;

- Inbox: It is in-app message. All messages sent through inbox are totally free;

- All: It will be sent via both SMS and Inbox.

Please check the following instructions to send notifications:

1. Navigate to your Command Center/ “Drivers” module.

2. Choose “Send Message” .

3. Choose sending type: SMS, Inbox or All .
