How can operators send messages or notification to customers?

There are three options for you to send notifications to your customers through your Command Center. 


- SMS: It will be sent directly to customers’s phone via SMS;

- Inbox: It is in-app message. All messages sent through inbox are totally free; 

- All:  It will be sent via both SMS and Inbox.


Please check the following instructions to send notifications:


1. Navigate to your Command Center/ “Customers” module.

2. Choose “Send Message” .

3. Choose one of the following type: SMS, Inbox or All .
