How long can drivers start reservation in advance?

Accepted reservations display in "My trips" for drivers to check. In addition, drivers can start trips whenever possible to pick up passengers on time. Having said that, to help avoid behaviors where drivers accidentally start a reservation much earlier than expected, fleets can set a time validation when drivers start trips. 

How to do:

- Navigate to Settings/ Dispatch;

- In advance;

- Proceed to “Do not allow Driver to start reservation before”; 

- Input the duration of time. The default is 90 mins.
