Managing Quote Requests

We’ve added a dedicated Quotes tab in the booking queue, giving operators a single, centralized place to manage all customer quote requests. Quotes act as a draft stage, allowing you to review and refine details before converting them into confirmed bookings.


Quotes List


The Quotes List provides a complete overview of all quote requests.

Operators can:

  • View all quote requests on a single page

  • Filter quotes by status:

    • Created – Initial quote created by the operator

    • Updated – The customer has modified the quote details

  • Quickly identify quotes that require attention

  • Select multiple quotes to:

    • Convert them into bookings

    • Cancel quote requests in bulk


Creating a Manual Quote

Operators can create a quote manually at any time.

Steps to create a quote:

  1. Click Create

  2. Select Create Quote

  3. Enter all required booking details

  4. Choose one of the following options:

    • Create the quote only

    • Create and send the quote to the customer via email



Send Quote Email


Once sent, the customer will receive a quote request email with a secure link to view the quote. Customer can click the view the quote.



Customer Experience


Note: All quote requests automatically expire after 24 hours. If no action is taken by either the customer or the operator within this timeframe, the quote will be automatically cancelled.


When viewing a quote customer can perform certain actions depending on the account type:

  • Guest Users

    • Can view the quote

    • Can confirm and make payment

    • Cannot edit booking details (Since they quote is not linked to any account)



  • Registered Users

    • Must log in to edit the quote

    • After logging in, users can edit the quote and pricing updates automatically.

    • Can confirm and make payment after making changes


    • Logged-in customers can view and manage all their quote requests directly from the booking list.



⚠️ Important:
If a quote includes custom pricing, customers will not be able to edit any booking details.


Quote Tracking & History

Operators can track all activity related to a quote, including:

  • Who created or updated the quote

  • When changes were made



Converting a Quote to a Booking

Once a quote is approved, operators can easily convert it into a confirmed booking with a single action.



Web Booking Settings (Optional)

Operators can allow customers to self-create quotes via the Web Booking App.

To enable this feature:

  1. Navigate to Product Discovery

  2. Open Web Booking App

  3. Go to Settings

  4. Toggle the Quotes feature ON or OFF




Additional Operator Actions

Operators can also:

  • Resend a quote request email

  • Share or copy the quote link
