It lets you oversee live jobs, upcoming reservations, and completed bookings — all in one place.
Tabs
Active
Shows all ongoing trips and future reservations.
This is where you monitor, assign, update, and take action on live bookings.
Finished
Shows all closed or completed trips.
Ideal for review, reporting, or resolving post-trip updates.

Core Tools in the Booking Queue
1. Date Filter
Filter bookings by specific dates or a date range.
Great for daily operations or pulling historical data.

2. Advanced Quick Search
Press “/” on your keyboard to open quick search.
Search across multiple fields instantly:
Booking #
Passenger name
Pickup address
Driver / Vehicle
…and more.

3. Sorting
Tap the sort icon next to sortable columns.
Sort ascending or descending by:
Booking #
Creation Time
Pickup Date & Time
Ride Type
Driver
Vehicle Type
Vehicle
Operator Local Time

Flight Tracking
Subscribe to our real-time flight tracking service to automatically sync flight delays.
Or simply click on the flight number inside any booking to instantly view flight status.

Multi-Select Bookings
Hold Shift to multi-select multiple bookings.
Bulk actions include:
Assign Driver / Vehicle
Un-assign Driver
Un-assign Vehicle
Unassign All
Print Meeting Boards (great for greeters handling multiple meet-and-greet signs)

Custom Filter Shortcuts
Create your own Saved Filters for quick access:
Example: “Today’s Airport Pickups”, “VIP Only”, “Unassigned Jobs”
Use the gear icon to edit or delete any saved filters you no longer need.



Table Customization
Reorder Columns
Hover on a column header and drag the handle to reorder columns.
Resize Columns
Drag the resize indicator to adjust column width.
Show / Hide Columns
Tap the three-dot menu to:
Hide columns you don’t need
Show additional fields
Long-press on any field to reorder column positions

Advanced Features
Assign Affiliate Supplier
Reassign a booking to an external partner or affiliate supplier
Public / Private Booking
Make a booking Public to broadcast the job on social platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, social media, driver groups).
Keep it Private if you prefer not to broadcast.
