Overview
The Live Map View gives you a birds eye view of your entire operation. It’s ideal for operators managing real-time trips or large events (such as MICE), allowing you to track all active vehicles on the map and take immediate action on live bookings.
From here, you can:
Track drivers and active orders on the map
Quickly search for a driver, vehicle, or location
Filter bookings by status
Jump directly into a booking
Instantly view a driver’s live location
Navigate to different areas of the map
Booking Status
Here is a quick overview of the different booking status:
| Booking Status | Description |
| Available | Driver is online and ready to receive on-demand jobs. |
| Unavailable | Driver is online but not eligible for on-demand jobs. |
| Driver On the Way | Driver is heading to the pickup location. |
| Arrived & Waiting | Driver has arrived at the pickup and is waiting for the passenger. |
| P.O.B (Passenger On Board) | Passenger has been picked up and the trip is in progress. |
| Dropped Off | Passenger has been dropped at the destination and the trip is completed. |
| Waiting for Process | System could not find a driver; operator action is required. |
Take Action
You can click on an active booking and tap on the booking ID to open the booking details of a trip and make updates if needed.
