Stop Sale Policy

Stop Sale Policy lets you block customers from booking rides during specific dates or time periods.

Use it when your company is fully booked, assigned to a large corporate event, operating with limited capacity, or closed for certain days.


To set up a Stop Sale Policy, go to Settings > Stop Sales and tap Add.



A Stop Sale Policy includes:

  • Name – the title of your policy
  • Start Date – when the stop sale begins
  • End Date – when the stop sale ends
  • Time Range – the hours customers are not allowed to book
  • Location – the specific area where bookings are blocked
  • Vehicle Type – the vehicle category unavailable for booking
