GSN is currently in Early Preview
The Good Journey Supplier Network (GSN) is a modern Affiliate Network built specifically for the global ground transportation industry.
Traditionally, affiliate networks allow chauffeur, black car, and airport transfer operators to exchange bookings with trusted partners in different cities. These relationships help fleets expand their service coverage beyond their local operations.
However, most affiliate networks today are still managed manually — relying on emails, spreadsheets, phone calls, or WhatsApp groups.
GSN redefines the affiliate network model by bringing it fully into a unified, real-time platform.
With GSN, fleets can seamlessly:
Send jobs to trusted partners when they need additional capacity
Receive jobs from other fleets when they have availability
Expand globally without maintaining physical fleets in every city
Unlike traditional affiliate workflows, GSN operates directly inside the Good Journey platform. Both partners use the same system to manage bookings, dispatch drivers, communicate, and track trips in real time.
By digitizing the affiliate network model, GSN provides:
Standardized booking data between fleet partners
Real-time trip status visibility across both companies
Built-in communication and audit trails
Automated settlement and payment protection
A trusted environment for global collaboration
This allows fleets to focus on delivering excellent service, while the platform handles the operational complexity of cross-fleet bookings.

Why GSN Exists
Affiliate networks have always been essential in the ground transportation industry — but they come with significant challenges:
Manual coordination across multiple channels
Inconsistent booking formats and workflows
Lack of real-time trip visibility
Payment delays and disputes
Limited trust between new or unknown partners
GSN solves these problems by transforming the traditional affiliate network into a structured, transparent, and automated system.
With GSN, fleets evolve from local operators into globally connected transportation partners, with full control, visibility, and trust built into every transaction.
How GSN Works (Overview)
Within GSN, fleet partners participate in two core affiliate flows:
Farm-Out (Sending Jobs)
When a fleet cannot service a booking due to location, vehicle availability, or scheduling constraints, the job can be sent to the affiliate network for other fleets to accept.

Farm-In (Receiving Jobs)
Fleets with available capacity can receive job offers from the network and accept bookings that match their service area and vehicle types.

GSN Features
All bookings within the GSN Affiliate Network follow the same standardized workflow across the Good Journey platform, including:
Driver assignment
Trip status updates
Customer notifications
Fleet-to-fleet communication (coming soon)
Settlement and payouts
Payment Protection and Settlement
To ensure fair and secure transactions between affiliate partners, GSN uses a wallet-based payment protection system.

Participating fleets are required to maintain a minimum wallet balance. This ensures that:
Service providers are protected and paid for completed trips
Disputes and penalties can be resolved fairly
Payments are handled automatically by the platform
Once a trip is successfully completed and verified, payment is automatically credited to the servicing fleet.
Fleets can withdraw funds via supported methods such as:
- Bank transfer
- Wise
- PayPal (Coming soon)

This eliminates the need to chase payments or manually reconcile affiliate transactions.
