Once a booking is created, it’s important to know how to manage, update, and complete it efficiently from the Command Center dashboard.
You will typically open the booking details to:
- Update booking information or customer details
- Assign, unassign, or reassign drivers and vehicles
- Add notes or internal logs for changes or special instructions
- Adjust the trip fare or supplier payout
- Review dispatch logs and action history
- Perform booking actions such as completing or closing the trip

Booking Actions
Below are the key actions you can perform on any booking from the Command Center:

General Actions
- Clone / Duplicate Booking – Quickly recreate a booking if mistakes were made, or rebook the same trip for a future date.
- Update Booking – Modify booking details when allowed (refer to the Booking Flow Guide to understand when edits are permitted).
- Cancel Booking (No Penalty) – Close the booking without applying any charges.
- Mark as Incident – Flag the booking as an incident and record a reason without applying penalties.
- Complete Booking – Finalize the booking and proceed to fare confirmation.
Customer-Related Actions
- Late Cancel (Customer) – Mark the job as a late cancellation and apply a cancellation penalty if applicable.
- Passenger No-Show – Use when the passenger does not arrive at the pickup location.
Driver / Supplier Actions
- Driver Late Cancel – Record when a driver cancels at the last minute and apply supplier/driver penalties.
- Driver No-Show – Mark when the assigned driver does not arrive at the pickup point.
For these two driver-penalty actions, you can either penalize the driver and unassign them so the job can be reassigned, or simply apply the penalty and close out the job.

Dispatch Actions
These actions are useful when the assigned driver does not use the driver app, cannot update the trip, or when you allocate a 3rd-party provider (e.g., Uber or another external driver).
- Complete Without Driver – Close the trip without assigning it to any driver. Commonly used for 3rd-party, offline, or manually handled jobs. No payout will be issued to any driver or supplier.
- Complete With Driver – Finalize the trip with the assigned driver and automatically update the driver or supplier payout and all financial records. Payout will be issued accordingly.
Before Completing a Booking
When completing a booking, you will be prompted to review or update any additional fares (e.g., waiting time, extra stops, tolls). After confirmation, the system will finalize payment capture and close out the job.

If the customer’s online payment fails or cannot be processed, select Pending Payment. This will mark the trip as having an outstanding balance, which will also appear on the customer’s profile.
