A Surcharge Policy allows you to add extra fees during specific dates, times, or booking conditions. It automatically applies based on the customer’s pickup date and time, as well as how far in advance the booking was made.

When is a Surcharge Policy Useful?
- Peak hour pricing
- Christmas, New Year, or other seasonal surges
- Last-minute booking premiums (e.g., bookings made within 4 hours cost more than those made 24–48 hours in advance)

How Surcharge Policies Work
A single policy can contain multiple rules based on dates, times, days of week, lead time, distance traveled, and more.
To create a new rule, tap Add.
