Dispatch & Payment Logs

Sometimes you need to review booking logs to identify issues or verify what happened during a trip. There are three types of logs available:



Dispatch Logs

  • Track every event related to a booking.
  • View all driver actions: Start Trip, Pickup, Drop-off, delays, and more.
  • Review the actual route taken.
  • Check where each driver action/event was triggered. Was it outside the instructed pickup or drop-off area?
  • Helps operators investigate incidents, verify service quality, and resolve disputes.



Payment Logs

  • View all payment transactions related to the booking.
  • Process refunds when necessary.




Booking Fare Breakdown


This section shows the complete fare breakdown and the payout allocated to the driver. You can also apply fare adjustments for customers when charging additional amounts or issuing refunds.


For driver or supplier-related changes, you can add adjustments to compensate them accordingly or correct any payout discrepancies.



Once you click save & refund, we will show a dialog for you to process the refund. You can select the refund method and add a comment regarding why there was a refund.



Within the payment log you can also see the partial refund transaction.
