Configuring Special Rates

Sometimes you may want to apply different pricing during specific periods — for example, a night rate vs. a morning rate.

To support this, you can create Special Sub-Rates under any existing parent rate. Open up the parent rate and navigate to the Special Rates Tab

Each parent rate can have multiple sub-rates, allowing you to define unique pricing based on date ranges and time ranges.

For each sub-rate, you can configure:

• Start Date (Required)
• End Date (Optional — leave blank to apply indefinitely)
• Time Range — the pickup time window this sub-rate applies to
• Booking Type — choose whether it applies to On-Demand or Reservation bookings

Then set up the sub-rate just like a normal rate, including:

• Starting Fee
• Minimum Fee
• Fare per Minute
• Extra Wait Time
• Fee per Additional Stop
• Distance Tier

Once you are done don't forget to save the rates before exiting!
