The Driver Management module allows you to organize, onboard, communicate with, and monitor all drivers within your fleet. This section gives administrators full control to search, filter, update, and manage driver profiles efficiently. You can quickly activate or deactivate drivers, send important announcements, and maintain accurate records to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Search for a driver by name, phone number, email, username, or license plate.
- Add new drivers to your fleet at any time.
- Use multi-select to quickly deactivate multiple drivers at once.
- Filter drivers by:
- Registration date
- Driver type
- Car type
- Operating zone
- Active / inactive status
- Marketplace, filter which drivers have marketplace enabled.
- Send messages to drivers directly from the platform:
- Supported channels: SMS or Push Notifications
- SMS requires a subscription with an external provider such as Twilio, Infobip, Plivo or others
- Push notifications are free and ideal for urgent announcements or reminders (for example, prompting drivers to complete their profile to get activated).
- Export the full driver list for reporting or offline review.
