Booking activity logs are a timeline of notes and updates recorded for each booking. They allow operators to document important details about the customer, trip, or internal actions taken during the booking lifecycle. This helps ensure smooth handovers between teams and provides full visibility when special handling is required.
For each activity, you can control who can view the note:
- Operators (internal notes only)
- Driver
- Customer
You can also upload supporting files such as images, incident reports, evidence, or itinerary documents to keep all relevant information in one place.

Tap View All to see the activity trail:
