Booking Adjustments

Bookings may sometimes require adjustments — for example, if a driver makes a mistake, if additional fees need to be added, or if a cleaning fee or fare correction is required. This section gives you a clear breakdown of the fare and the driver’s payout.


You can also apply customer adjustments for additional charges or refunds when needed. These help ensure the final fare is accurate and fair for both the customer and the driver.


For driver or supplier-related updates, you can add adjustments to compensate them or correct any payout discrepancies.


To perform adjustments click the Edit icon next to fleet fare.



After clicking Save & Refund, a dialog will appear where you can choose the refund method and add a comment explaining the reason for the refund.



All partial refunds will also appear in the payment log for transparency and tracking.
